Comparative Analyze of Energy Integration Initiatives of Foreign Policy from Brazil, China and India

The objective of this paper is identify the commonalities of energy foreign policy from Brazil, China and India, based on the analysis of strategic alliances established with energy supplying countries. In the case of alliances, the intention is to assess the tendency of these three emerging countries initiatives give priority to the integration of energy infrastructure with neighboring countries as a way to ensure security of energy supply. Among other issues, must be verified the projects under negotiation and execution, the nature of projects undertaken and some political and economic regional impacts arising from the energy integration.
