XXI Integrating Seminar: Teachers and students discussing projects at PRODEMA Network event

This week, the students and teachers of PRODEMA / UFPB participate on the XXI Integrating Seminar that is being held at the Federal University of Sergipe, in the city of Aracajú. The Integrating Seminar is a mandatory subject for all the programs that comprise the PRODEMA Network (UFPI, UFC, UFRN, UFPB, UFPE, UFS and UESC), which makes it an important scientific event. It is a good opportunity for Master and PhD students to exchange their ideas about the environment development. For that matter, the students’ projects are evaluated in search of suggestions and opinions that could improve the quality of the underway researches.

This year, Professor Dr. Carlos Sampaio, the representative of Capes Environmental Sciences, is attending the event. He spoke about the area relevance and the importance of the event. There are representatives of PRODEMA / UFPB present on the event, the Master and PhD coordinator Prof. Dr. Reinaldo Farias Paiva de Lucena and Prof. Eduardo Viana. Beside them, students of Master class of 2017 and the PhD students enrolled in the seminary of thesis subject are present on the event.
